Both. Unlike most pallet suppliers, APSS runs its own delivery fleet, so we deliver new, recycled, heat-treated and custom pallets throughout Pierce County and the greater Puget Sound — no waiting on third-party freight.

What’s the difference between new and recycled pallets?
New pallets offer consistent dimensions, appearance and load ratings — ideal for automated lines and exports. Recycled pallets are inspected, repaired and re-graded for a fraction of the cost, which is perfect for high-volume domestic shipping where price matters most.
Are your heat-treated pallets ISPM-15 compliant for export?
Yes. Our heat-treated pallets meet the ISPM-15 standard required for international shipments and carry the proper stamp, so your export freight clears customs without packaging delays.
