How do I order a custom pallet?
Send us the load dimensions and weight, your handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, both), and any entry or stacking requirements. Because custom pallets are engineered to spec they’re hand-priced rather than instant — but we turn quotes around fast, usually the same day. A sample or drawing helps but isn’t required.
Is there a minimum order for custom sizes?
Minimums depend on the design, but we serve everyone from one-off prototype runs to recurring production volumes. Ask us and we’ll tell you straight.
Can custom pallets be heat-treated for export?
Yes — any custom size can be built heat-treated and ISPM-15 stamped for international shipping.
Can you reinforce a pallet for heavy machinery?
Definitely. We build heavy-duty custom pallets and skids with added stringers, thicker deck boards and block designs rated for heavy and concentrated loads.
