Pallets
New pallets — clean, consistent, built to your spec
When appearance, exact dimensions and predictable load ratings matter, new pallets are the right call. We build them to your specification and deliver on our own trucks.
When new pallets are worth it
New pallets are manufactured from fresh-cut lumber to a single, repeatable specification. That consistency is what makes them the right choice for certain jobs — even though they cost more than recycled stock.
- Automated lines & conveyors that reject out-of-tolerance pallets
- Retail and customer-facing shipments where appearance reflects on your brand
- High-value or fragile product that needs a guaranteed load rating
- Export shipments when paired with heat treatment for ISPM-15 compliance
Built to your specification
Tell us the footprint, deck-board layout, stringer or block design and the load you need to carry. We’ll engineer a pallet that fits your product and your handling equipment — whether that’s a standard 48×40 GMA or a fully custom size. Need volume on a schedule? We’ll set up a recurring program so you never run short.
As Associated Products Shipping Solutions, pallets are our entire focus, and our own delivery fleet means your new pallets arrive when you need them — not when a third-party carrier gets around to it.
Frequently asked questions
What does a new pallet cost vs. recycled?
New pallets cost more than recycled because every board is fresh-cut lumber built to exact spec. For high-volume domestic shipping, recycled pallets are often the smarter buy — we’ll quote both so you can compare.
Can you build new pallets to my exact dimensions?
Yes. We build new pallets to your length, width, deck-board configuration and load rating. Send specs or a sample and we’ll match it.
What wood do you use?
We build with kiln-dried and SPF/hardwood mixed-species lumber appropriate to the load rating you need. Heat-treated (ISPM-15) options are available for exports.
