Dunnage & blocking that keeps your load locked down

The right pallet gets your product onto the truck. Dunnage, blocking and bracing keep it there — secure, separated and damage-free all the way to the destination.

The detail that prevents damage claims

Most freight damage doesn’t happen because of a bad pallet — it happens because the load shifted. Dunnage and blocking are the inexpensive insurance that stops it. We supply custom, cut-to-size wood dunnage, blocking and bracing so your product arrives the way it left.

  • Dunnage — supports, separates and cushions cargo to prevent rubbing and crushing
  • Blocking & bracing — locks the load in place inside trailers, containers and crates
  • Cut to size — delivered ready to use, not raw lumber your crew has to cut
  • Export-compliant — heat-treated, ISPM-15 stamped dunnage for international freight

Add it to your pallet order

Dunnage and blocking are the natural companion to every pallet shipment, and most suppliers bury them. Associated Products Shipping Solutions makes it easy: add it to your pallet order, and we deliver it all together on our own truck.

Frequently asked questions

What is dunnage?

Dunnage is the wood (and other material) used to brace, separate, support and protect cargo during shipping so it doesn’t shift, rub or get crushed. Blocking and bracing locks the load in place inside a trailer, container or crate.

Why does proper blocking matter?

Shifting freight is a leading cause of in-transit damage and even safety incidents. Good blocking and bracing keeps your product immobile, which protects the goods and helps meet carrier load-securement requirements.

Can dunnage be export-compliant?

Yes — wood dunnage used in international shipments must be ISPM-15 compliant. We supply heat-treated, stamped dunnage so your whole shipment clears customs.

Do you cut dunnage to size?

We supply dunnage cut to the lengths and dimensions you need, so it’s ready to use on the dock instead of being cut by hand.
